Online Course Scholarships

JUC is pleased to offer financial aid to students of JUC Online courses. Students applying for one or more scholarships must meet the requirements detailed in the scholarship descriptions below. All scholarships are subject to the availability of funds and are credited against the student’s account.

Steps to Apply:

  1. Submit a JUC Online application.
  2. Submit a scholarship application here or by clicking "Apply Here" for any scholarship below. Log in to your application profile.
  3. Students may apply for one or more scholarships on the same scholarship application.
  4. Please be aware that before your scholarship application can be reviewed by the JUC Scholarship Committee, you must first be accepted into a JUC program. The scholarship application must be submitted prior to the anticipated program.

Deadline:

  • April 15 - Fall Priority Scholarship Deadline
  • June 1 - Fall Semester Application and Regular Scholarship Deadline
  • September 15 - Spring Priority Scholarship Deadline
  • November 1 - Spring Semester Application and Regular Scholarship Deadline

Shekinah Covenant Fellowship Endowed Scholarship

Program: All JUC Programs (Long-Term, Short-Term, Online)

Up to a $1000 annual award or up to $500 per semester award granted to a student or students, pursuing a JUC Master of Arts, Graduate Certificate, Semester Abroad, or Short-Term program, or a JUC Online course. To be eligible, the student must be associated with Shekinah Covenant Fellowship, its school, or other Shekinah Covenant Fellowship associated ministries and must receive a Letter of Permission from the Shekinah Covenant Fellowship to be submitted with their scholarship application. Applicants should demonstrate financial need and be enrolled in a JUC program or course either for credit or as an audit student. The award is renewable in subsequent years and can be combined with other awards.

This scholarship is funded by the Matt and Elizabeth Kratzer Shekinah Covenant Fellowship Endowment. The Kratzers have generously created the Shekinah Covenant Endowment Fund to assist members of the Shekinah Covenant Community who have a serious desire to strengthen and grow in their faith through a JUC immersive class – becoming better disciples of Christ and better disciplers for Christ.
