Dr. Oliver Hersey
Dr. Oliver Hersey has served as the president of Jerusalem University College since 2021. With over 20 years of combined experience in fields related to education, research, pastoring, coaching and management, Dr. Hersey is driven to help grow people and organizations for service in God’s kingdom.
Dr. Jonathan Kaplan
Dr. Jonathan Kaplan (Professor of Middle Eastern Studies) has been on the faculty of Jerusalem University College since 1986 where he continues to lecture on Jewish history and modern Israeli society. He served as the Director of Undergraduate Studies and the Vice Provost of Hebrew University’s Rothberg International School.
Dr. Bernard Sabella
Dr. Bernard Sabella (Professor of Palestinian Society and Politics) has been a faculty member of Jerusalem University College for over 25 years, specializing in Palestinian history and society. He is an elected member of the Palestinian Legislative Council representing Jerusalem and was associate professor of sociology at Bethlehem University for more than 25 years.
