Operational
Budget: At Jerusalem University College we do more with less than
most institutions. And since 2000 we have learned to make
maximum use of our resources. The annual budget is more than what our students pay in
tuition and fees. Without gifts from individuals we simply would
not be able to operate on Mt. Zion in Israel.
We hope you will be a member of our support team
and help us keep JUC on the cutting edge as a Christian evangelical
institution in the land of the Bible. Giving
regular monthly gifts is an very helpful way to support the work of
JUC. |

Scholarship Funds |
|
M.A. Scholarships:
JUC was founded as a graduate institution to help provide
graduate students on-site study with local scholarship in the
fields of historical geography and Middle East cultures and
religions. We have many academically worthy students who
desire to study at JUC for the full two years of the M.A.
program. Many of these potential students are unable to
come for that length of time because of financial needs.
We would love to be able to provide scholarships for them.
Many of the M.A. graduates go on to become the faculty members
at Christian universities who inspire students with their first
hand knowledge of Bible lands and insights into the Scriptures.
Please consider this very special need when giving to JUC.

General Scholarships (in memorial of Douglas Young):
All undesignated scholarship giving funds
are used in this fund. This group of students come from
other institutions and transfer their credit back to their home
degree program. Many times these students do not qualify
for aid from their home institution or it is not enough to help
them study in Israel. Giving to the scholarship fund helps
a large number of students every semester. More thank you
notes at the bottom of the page. |

Philip L. Berg Memorial Scholarship |
|
|
Philip L. Berg Memorial Scholarship:
The Philip L. Berg Memorial
Scholarship honors the memory of Phil Berg, a JUC MA graduate,
former staff member, and forever a friend of the university
college. This scholarship is awarded annually to a student in
the second year of their MA program who has shown distinctive
work and promise in the field of biblical historical geography
or the modern Middle East. |

Library Fund |
|
|
Memorial Library: Your
gifts to the Library are always warmly welcomed. The
library is specialized for the work and research of JUC students
and faculty. The library also maintains numerous annual
subscriptions to journals and periodicals in our field of
studies. For JUC to be the evangelical Christian center for education
in the land of the Bible the college must maintain an updated library.
We need to be the finest possible facility in Israel for Christian students
to use. Educational leadership comes through the best knowledge available.
Your leadership in giving will truly count in this area. |

Capital Projects Fund |
|
|
Projects: from time to time we
have needs for capital projects funds. From upgrading
computers to expanding a dormitory or adding a bathroom, these
funds are essential to help us stay ahead of growing physical
campus needs to run the school and provide services for
students. Just designate your gift as for capital projects
and it will be used in this way. |
